At Casa Blanca, we are committed to delivering fresh and beautiful floral arrangements with care and precision. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After 15 minutes, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of flowers and our quick processing timeline.

Returns

We do not accept returns for flowers, as they are perishable goods and cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

Wilted or damaged flowers upon delivery

Incorrect product delivered

To be eligible for a refund:

A refund request must be raised within 1 hour of delivery

Clear photos and order details must be submitted for verification

Refunds are not applicable for minor or natural variations in flower shape, size, or color

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
